Confident men do this...

Confidence.

You've either got it or you ain't.

You can't be a BIT confident.

You can't buy confidence.

You can't switch it on and off.

Although you CAN be confident in one thing and not in another.

For example:

I know I'm really good at football.

Because I've spent hundreds of hours practising and playing.

Put me on any pitch and I'm confident in my ability...

Even as a 45-year-old.

Although I'm not as fast as I used to be...

Confidence is still high.

But put me on a golf course.

Club in hand...

Eyes watching from outside the clubhouse...

Especially that one on the left.

Gulp.

Heart rate going through the roof.

Shit.

I've hardly played for years so I'd be totally crap.

Confidence so low it could walk under a snake's belly with a tall hat on.

Anyway, I said on Wednesday that I would talk about...

  • Earning more money.

  • Having more success.

  • Living the life you want.

So much of that comes back to confidence.

And one of the ways to become more confident...

Is to...

Believe in your cause

Confident people tend to stick to their beliefs and opinions, even if they feel unsure.

If you are confident, optimistic and believe in your cause...

Others are likely to follow suit.

For example, I believe in the Whole Man Academy cause...

Movement / Ethos / Idea / Concept...

ONE HUNDRED per cent.

And so does everyone I speak to.

So when I talk in interviews, at companies, or even on Zoom with a guy...

I'm fully confident in my words and message.

Because I believe in my cause.

And if that's the case...

People are more likely to listen to your ideas...

And what you have to say...

When you express them with conviction.

Now I'm not saying it's easy, but it's something you can practise.

But what IS your cause?

Maybe it's something really important to you.

Maybe it's something you want to speak up about where you feel there's an injustice in the world...

Or just a family or work issue that's nagging in the background.

Having the confidence to speak up for what we believe in...

For your cause...

Can be challenging.

Especially with the cancel culture that has been spreading...

...like a disease in modern society.

Funnily enough...

It's also having the confidence to make suggestions to people when you know you can help them...

Like... if a guy tells me he wants to have more energy...

Is knackered and needs better sleep...

Wants to start the morning more focused...

Have a stronger body, higher testosterone...

Less stress, and a stronger mindset

Or maybe most exciting of all...

Be better in bed...

I happily point him to our online Energy Protocol Course.

Why?

Because I know, from years of trial and error and research...

Plus great testimonials...

That it works.

Therefore my confidence is high.

But I realise I was missing something.

Because Nick, (who I mentioned on Wednesday)...

Messaged me and said...

'Ant, I read your emails and wanted to know more about the WMA...

Or maybe buy something you have to offer...

...but you have no links in your emails.'

He makes a good point.

I guess I've been so focused on the membership I've forgotten that...

We have multiple ways we can help you.

No matter what your budget is.

So next week I'll be including a 'Super Signature' at the bottom of my emails.

Then, when you are ready to take action...

You don't have to look too hard to find what you need.

So, consider:

What cause are you fighting for?

When you speak, is it with conviction?

And if you have a business, are you making sure everyone knows what you have to offer?

Have a great weekend.

And remember, the world needs strong men.
