Picture this:

It's Friday afternoon and work is wrapping up.

You're on the cusp of yet another ordinary weekend.

The well-trodden path of...

Chores...

Gym sessions or run...

Doing stuff with the kids...

Trying to complete the thing that's been on your DIY list for bloody ages...

And you keep promising your partner you'll do it (but you really can't be arsed)...

...or other mundane stuff.

We've ALL been there, right?

The weekly grind leaves us feeling like we're...

Stuck on autopilot.

Missing out on the truly incredible experiences life has to offer.

It's like living in black and white...

When you'd always imagined your life to be technicolour.

I'd fallen into that trap years ago, which is WHY I started doing obstacle course racing,

I needed some sporadic excitement, and a break from the norm now and then.

It worked for me.

Freezing cold water and crawling through the mud for 3 hours?

Gave me exactly what I was looking for.

But why do we keep sticking to the same script?

The reassurance of routine?

Fear of stepping out of our comfort zones?

Or simply the lack of options that seem both thrilling and accessible for men?

That's what I've seen from a lot of guys I speak to.

Excitement, camaraderie, and unforgettable experiences are sadly in short supply.

But it doesn't have to be that way.

How CAN you create great weekends that are anything but routine...

Where every moment is an opportunity to have shit loads of fun...

De-stress, and create thrilling experiences.

Can you have a few more of those?

Here's one way.

When I speak to guys and tell them I moved to the Cotswolds I find a common theme in their responses...

Men LOVE the outdoors.

Getting back to nature, and away from screens and tech.

It's how we are hardwired.

So at some point, I'll be inviting the men who join the membership...

Up to the Cotswolds for a day or weekend.

Imagine strolling through the rugged beauty of the English countryside...

With a tribe of like-minded adventurers.

Sharing stories around a crackling campfire under the stars...

And eating great food as you swap ideas and wisdom...

Without a single moment of scrolling on your phone.

Bliss.

I've got that on my vision board...

But that's just one way to do things...

There are plenty of other ways to create exciting weekends no matter what budget you have.

Track days.

Spa days.

Mountain biking.

Shooting range.

Golf weekends.

Spartan Race.

Paintball.

City Breaks.

Camping locally.

Local fun run.

Volunteer somewhere.

Meet up with an old mate for a beer.

Depends on what floats your boat.

Remember, it's NOT about how much you spend...

But the memories you create and the experiences you enjoy that truly matter.

Try to embrace the power of the unknown...

And watch how it transforms your weekdays too.

So, the choice is yours:

Another weekend on autopilot...

Or a life with remarkable experiences.

Have a great weekend.

And remember, the world needs strong men.
