Spend time sitting?

The first casualty of my desk job was my eyes.

Within months of spending 40+ hours a week looking at minuscule flashing numbers on a black screen...

I found it hard to focus on things far away.

So I got glasses and contact lenses.

As I climbed my career ladder...

I ended up with 4 screens.

More little letters and numbers.

My eyesight got progressively worse...

And yet, when I left the City...

And spent less time on screens...

The slow decline halted completely.

It was the same with my lower back...

It always caused me issues.

We're not meant to sit for hours, brother.

Especially not under artificial light.

Looking at computer screens.

Tapping little buttons.

So even though I did a lot of exercise...

It's hard to do anything that will counteract the massive amount of hours spent in an unnatural position.

What about you?

Do you sit at a desk...

Or sit in a car...

For more than 5 hours a day?

If so, I know a man who can help us.

He's one of the guys I'm going to bring in from my network...

To give us advice...

I'll be asking him...

The most optimal things any man who sits a lot can do...

To help you stay in tip-top condition.

He's co-founded award-winning therapy centres in London.

He's an experienced therapist, an ex-London Firefighter.

A former WKO top 10 UK-ranked professional K1 kickboxer.

He's also competed in sports including strongman and MMA.

And he specialises in pain relief, injury recovery, and fitness improvement.

All in all a winning combo to help us guys move better.

And if you move better, you look and feel better.

Plus you'll perform better.

So I'll take a wild guess that you wouldn't mind performing better in various sectors of your life.

Because each different sector of your life is linked.

And if you improve one area, you'll see it spill over into others.

Then you're on the way to becoming a Whole Man.

I can't wait to see what this guy delivers for the men who join the membership.

Oh and before I go... if you do sit for long periods...

Here's one simple stretch you could do in the office to help...

The lying knees to chest stretch

  1. Begin by lying on the floor with both legs fully extended.

  2. Slowly draw one knee towards your chest.

  3. Maintain the other leg in a fully extended position.

  4. Hold this stretch for a duration of 30 seconds.

  5. Repeat the same sequence on the opposite side.

Just make sure you don't block a fire exit.

Btw, if you have any questions about the upcoming membership launch...

And how to join...

Hit reply now and I'll respond personally.

Catch you Friday

And remember, the world needs strong men.

Anthony
