Do a quick body scan.

Then assess yourself and give a mark out of 10.

Consider more about how you FEEL than how you look.

It's important because...

Your body should be in an optimal state...

So you live a pain-free life and are capable of dealing with whatever physical challenges come your way.

For example:

When your alarm goes off...

Do you get out of bed like an 85-year-old man struggling to get out of a Lamborghini?

Do you have to strap your knees up like a mummy every time you exercise (not a good sign)?

Does your back continually ache because you sit still at your desk for so long?

Do you have to make a real effort to lift up your kids...

...because you've never picked up a barbell or kettlebell in your life...

...and have less muscle mass than Joe Biden?

Anyway, no matter what your score is... you can always improve.

I'd give myself about an 8/10.

One thing that would push my score to a 9, if I could overcome it, is my lower back.

I've always been susceptible to lower back pain...

(Sitting at my desk for 200+ hours a month for all those years didn't help with that).

So I'm careful what I lift and how I lift it...

Not just in the gym but in real life when you have wriggling babies and a rucksack full of day-trip essentials.

Or toddlers having meltdowns so you scoop them up like a rolled-up carpet under your arm...

...and extract them from the situation.

(Only those with kids will resonate with that one).

Anyway, I'm sitting down today with Elite Insider No.4.

A guy who specialises in helping you optimise your body.

From pain relief to completely rebuilding yourself from an injury.

He's helped all sorts of men...

...from office professionals to seasoned athletes.

He's gonna talk about '5 ways to optimise our body'.

And I'll be releasing that later this month to the guys who've joined The Network.

Plus today, they get access to Elite Insider number 3.

This guy is 6ft 4, and spent 16 years in the police force before an 'event' in his life...

...pushed him to embark on an exciting new career.

What he's learned can help you avoid that event he suffered from.

So, plenty going on in The Network...

Plus, we released the date of the next WMA London dinner...

I'll send you a quick email on Wednesday with the info.

Before I go, I wanted to give you one bit of advice for optimising your body...

Create an Ergonomic Workspace:

If you have a desk job, ensure your workspace is ergonomically designed.

Invest in an adjustable chair, and ergonomic keyboard.

Assess your setup so you maintain proper posture (stop slouching)...

...and reduce the risk of developing back, neck, or wrist pain...

...from long hours of sitting hunched over and typing.

Btw, if you work for a medium to large company they might employ specialists to do all this for you.

Right, hope you found this helpful.

If all of the Elite Insider information sounds interesting...

(we've covered Resilience, Gene Optimisation, and more)...

You can access it all today by clicking this link and joining the guys who are intent on leading an epic life.

Oh and if you have any questions, just hit reply and I'll answer them personally.

Have a great week.

And remember, the world needs strong men.

Anthony
